Firewall side coupler, 2000 Volvo S70 • Ended up fixing this by replacing the coupler with this affordable part (see comments below), which contains all the proper o-rings and spacers on all four holes already installed. • http://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo... • Note that you do NOT need to remove the air handler inside the car, even though this plate seems to be tucked behind it, but you WILL need to remove the gas pedal (10mm deep socket will do it on three bolts). The coupler is easily removable from the inside of the car if you pull it out and down to the left while pushing back on the foam liner that is on the inside/firewall.
