Are you ready to pay Payroll Taxes in QuickBooks? • If you want to pay your payroll taxes inside QuickBooks you can use the E-pay feature. 😊 • In this video, you will learn the process of how to use E-pay to pay Payroll Taxes in QuickBooks. • How to process payroll taxes through EFPTS EDD website: • How to pay Payroll Taxes through Quic... • ➡️ Using E-Pay • Go up to “Employees” • “Payroll Taxes Liabilities” • “Edit Payment Due Dates / Methods” • “QuickBooks Payroll Setup” screen will show • Click “Continue” • Click each type of payment that you need • You can click “Edit” to edit payment schedule – Federal 940 to each type of tax that you have. • If you checkmark “Let me use a different payment (deposit) frequency • Click “Next” • “Ca UI and employment Training Tax: Select a custom payment (deposit) frequency • Click “Finish” • Click “Continue” • “Here is a list of your bank accounts that can be used for e-payments” • Click “Edit” • “Tell us about the bank account you want to use for e-payments” • Click “Finish” • Click “Continue” • “View Enrollments” pop up screen will show • Click “X” • Click “Continue” • “Add or edit scheduled payments for benefits and other payments, click “Continue” • Click “Finish” • • ➡️ Printing Reports to Verify How Much You Need to be Paying • Go up to “Reports” • “Employees Payroll” • “Payroll Summary” “Payroll Liability Balances” • • ➡️ Pay Liabilities • Select the liabilities you want to pay • Click “View/Pay” • “Liability Payment – Wells Fargo Checking” pop up screen will show • Check details • E-Pay • “E-Pay Login” screen will show up • Click “Submit” • “Submitted to Intuit” screen will show • “Print Confirmation” • Click “OK” • Click “Next” • Click “E-Pay” • Enter information • Click “Submit” • “Print Confirmation” “Close” • • • Need to learn more areas of QuickBooks?
