Bruschetta has been one of my favorite dishes since I was a child. This quick and easy recipe is the perfect dish for any party, dinner, or simply because you want it! Treat you friends and family with this Authentic Bruschetta Recipe! • LIKE, COMMENT, SUBSCRIBE!!! • Don't Click This: http://bit.ly/2zzR6BV • Subscribe to my channel here: http://bit.ly/2zzR6BV • Follow my Instagram here: http://bit.ly/2AyxPkb • Like me on Facebook here: http://bit.ly/2Pa72zC • Ingredients: • 2 tomatoes • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped • 2 tbsp capers • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, garnish • 2 tbsp basil, chopped thin • 1/2 cup olive oil • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar • salt and pepper, to taste • baguette, toasted • Directions: • Slice the baguette into .5 inch slices on a bias. Place in over/toaster and toast to golden brown. Prep all of you veggies and place into a bowl. Add the olive oil, vinegar, capers, parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix well and let marinade for at least 30 minutes. • Serve Enjoy :)
