5 RFT • 15 C2B • 25ft HSW • 7:39 total time. • I’ve been working on my hip pop with the pull-ups/C2B, hoping it would pay off here, it did in the beginning but as fatigue set in it became more difficult to maintain it. Handstand walking wasn’t ever bad. Felt good overall.
