Runcam Scope Cam 2 4k: • https://www.evike.com/products/36973/... • • Hey guys, • I'm Shreq and I just got in the brand new Runcam Scope Cam 2 4k and I'm reviewing here on Shreq Airsoft! • The Scope Cam 2k has three video modes; 1080p, 2.7k and 4k. The 1080p can record in 30, 60 and 120 fps (frames per second). The 2.7k video setting will record at 30 or 60 fps and the 4k video will record at 30 fps. • The limitation here is that current the maximum video resolution Youtube will show video from content creators is 1080p. Youtube does have 4k video but that is only for movies or other video that you purchase from Youtube. • Even though you can't current see 2.7k or 4k video through Youtube there is a huge advantage with the higher video resolutions. When you zoom in on 1080p you are actually reducing the video resolution because you are increasing pixel size. When you zoom in using the higher video modes you will retain the 1080p video from youtube. You can zoom in 2.7k video up to 300% and 4k video up to 400% and still retain the 1080p resolution. If you zoom in 1080 by 200% you are reducing the video quality to about 500 or 1/2k. • At 4k resolution you can only record at 30 frames per second. If you slow the video down to 1/2 speed you are now only displaying 15 frames per second. Slowing the zoomcam video down to 1/4 speed and now you are displaying 7.5 frames per second which makes the scope cam video very choppy. I show an example in the video. • At 2.7k resolution you can record at 30 and 60 frames per second. At 1/2 speed that is 30 fps and at 1/4 speed 15 fps. • At 1080p resolution you can record at 10, 60 and an incredible 120 fps. 120 fps is very fast and even at 1/4 speed that is still 30 fps! • Runcam Scope Cam 2 4k Zoom Camera: • https://shop.runcam.com/runcam-scope-... • • The Runcam Scope Cam 2 4k is very sensitive to low quality sdio cards. The airsoft zoomcam can handle up to a 128 gb sdio card. • The internal battery has a life of about 4 hours. Since this is an internal battery you will have to constanly recharge your battery while you are playing by hooking up a external usb battery. • The camera features a single button to turn the camera on to record. I tend to turn the camera on only before I'm making a shot. The LEDs are bright and you don't need to shade them with your hand when you are checking to see if your camera is on. • I play on setting my camera to 2.7k with 60fps. That way I can zoom in and maintain 1080p resolution and have a higher fps when I slow the shots down for increased effect. • Currently camera is only being offered in 40mm and 25mm lenses. 40mm is best for snipers and 25mm is best for airsoft rifles and SMGs. • The audio seems to be outstanding but I only use it for syncing with my other cameras. • Here is the link to the Runcam Scope Cam 2 1080p zoom camera so that you can see how the wifi works. • ** Runcam Scope Cam 2 1080p 60fps New Metal Body Camera For AIRSOFT And Paintball!
