Longganisa is a filipino pork sausage seasoned with paprika, sugar , garlic and other spices. Longganisa recipe filipino style is easy to make and is delicious in taste. No oil is needed for frying the longganisa as it produces oil of its own because of the fats. • Skinless longganisa ingredients • 500 grams minced pork • 5 gloves garlic, minced • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 1 tsp sweet paprika • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp cornstarch • 1/2 cup water for cooking • Cling wrap • How to make longganisa • Add all the ingredients together. • Mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl using a cling wrap . Refrigerate for 2 hours. • Portion about 2 tbsp of mixture into the cling wrap and roll. Refrigerate overnight. • For cooking, Place longanisa in a frying pan. • Add 1/2 cup of water. • Cook in medium heat.
