詳しいレシピはこちら。 • http://marron-dietrecipe.com/curry_st... • カレー鍋の作り方です。スープを最後の一滴まで飲みたくなるおいしいカレー鍋です。ポイントは、昆布とかつお節の和風出汁とカレー粉のスパイス。サラッとしたスープなので、具材たっぷりでもヘルシーなカレー鍋です。アフターはラーメンで〆ましょう! • How to make Japanese curry-nabe . • • 【材料(3人分)】 • ●具材 • 牛もも薄切り肉‥‥100g • 豚もも薄切り肉‥‥100g • ウインナー‥‥6本 • 餃子‥‥9個 • 白菜‥‥1/4株 • 水菜‥‥1束 • 玉ねぎ‥‥1個 • 長ねぎ‥‥1本 • えのき茸‥‥1袋 • 糸こんにゃく(しらたき)‥‥1袋 • 油揚げ‥‥1枚 • 豆腐‥‥1/2丁 • • ●だし‥‥1200cc • 水‥‥1リットル • 昆布‥‥10g(厚みのある昆布で10cm角) • 花かつお‥‥20g • カレー粉‥‥大さじ3 • 醤油‥‥大さじ3 • みりん‥‥大さじ3 • 鶏ガラスープの素‥‥大さじ1 • ケチャップ‥‥大さじ1 • ヨーグルト‥‥大さじ1 • 片栗粉‥‥大さじ1 • 水‥‥大さじ3 • • 【Ingredients (3 servings)】 • 6 cups(1200cc) dashi • 100g beef thinly sliced • 100g pork thinly sliced • 6 wiener sausage • 9 gyoza(chinese dumpling) • 1/4 leaves chinese cabbage • 1 bunch potherb mustard • 1 onion • 1 japanese leeks • 1pack enoki mushroom • 1pack ito-konnyaku • 1 aburaage(deep-fried tofu) • 1/2cakes cotton tofu • • curry sauce • 3 Tbsp curry powder • 3 Tbsp soy sauce • 3 Tbsp mirin (sweet cooking sake) • 1 Tbsp chicken powder seasoning • 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup • 1 Tbsp yogurt • • starch-water mixture • 1 Tbsp cornstarch • 3 Tbsp water • • 【How to cook】 • 1.Make stock season.(the first broth in japanese) Broth gives a dish good flavor. • 2.Cut pork and beef slices in half. • 3.Parboil pork and beef to remove excess oil. • 4.Boil aburaage lightly or rinse with boiling water on strainer in order to drain remove excess of oil. Cut aburaage into 1cm wide. • 5.Cut ito-konnyaku into 5cm lengths and parboil to remove odor. • 6.Cut tofu into 4 pieces. • 7.Cut away root cluster of the enoki mushrooms, and separate into smaller pieces. • 8.Cut japanese leeks diagonally into 1cm wide. • 9.Cut and discard the bottom of the potherb mustard, and cut into 3 pieces. • 10.Cut leaves chinese cabbage into 3cm lengths. • 11.Cut onion in half top to bottom, slice into 1cm wide. • 12.Place stock in a pot over heat. • 13.Add currypowder, soy sauce, mirin, chicken powder seasoning, tomato ketchup, yogurt, and mix well. • 14.Add starch-water mixture to thicken. • 15.Cook ingredients without the potherb mustard. • 16.As a final step, add the potherb mustard, and cook briefly. thats it! • 17.Serve in a bowls with soup. • • Add chinese noodles and bring to a boil. • • 詳しいレシピやダイエット栄養情報などはこちら。 • http://marron-dietrecipe.com/curry_st...
