How to Sync KNBR to Giants TV Broadcast

This is how to listen to the KNBR radio broadcast while watching the national baseball coverage by using some free software. This works by using the software to record the audio off the radio, holding it in a time delayed buffer, and replaying it later to sync with the TV broadcast.
