This job was a mess but with the right tool, the right people, it's a pretty quick job! I recommend renting a hammerdrill (home depot or lowe's) to get this job done. Quick tip: rent equipment in the evening (less than 4 hours prior to close) and you don't have to return it until 9 am the next morning (4 hour rental)
