One night he heard the cry of a girl inside a house. The girl was Elsa, she asked for help from their parents. His sister Anna was on the floor unconscious. Suddenly, the whole room began to freeze. Their parents were with them to the forest. The trolls helped their, but they erased Anna's memories.
