On two the plastic stop behind the red knob screw was missing. If yours has this defect, you'll need to put a plastic bead or something in the hole for it to function correctly. The other defect was missing screws to hold the golden heddle knobs on. Other than the faulty assembly, these are really awesome, sturdy little looms and we love them! They're tiny, but fully functional and allow for professional, creative work while being simple enough for a child to operate.
