Bake on 325 for one hour • Allow to cool completely before flipping out of pan • Praline Cake topping • In a saucepan combine • 1 can of evaporated milk • 1 1/2 cup of sugar • 1/4 tsp salt • Half a stick of butter • Stir continuously on medium for ten minutes • Add 2 cups of finely chopped pecans • Continue to stir until thicken • Carefully pour pecan praline glaze on top of your pound cake
