The Harbor Freight 4-in-1 Battery Pack with Jumpstarter and Compressor seems just like what I need as a short-term fix for a car with a bad alternator, but a mechanic who doesn't have an available appointment for 2 weeks. • I checked some comparable units on both Amazon and Walmart, but their compressors seemed underpowered compared to the Harbor Freight model, even though they cost the same amount. • In this video I show how the jumpstarter feature works on a battery that has been dead for 2 years as well as how strong the compressor is and how quickly it fills two small tires. • For $80 (minus a 20% off coupon), the Harbor Freight 4-in-1 Battery Pack seems like a solid, well-built device, that also features two 12-volt cigarette lighter outlets and a USB charging port. It also comes with a built-in worklight that has a flash mode as well. • The jumper cables look sturdily built, are 6 gauge wire, and have about a 3-1/2 ft length. The compressor has a built-in hose and offers 250 psi.
