Stop when the water is clear and without sand. • 3 - Drain whelks. • 4 - When water boils, lower the fire, put whelks in. • 5 - Cook 30 mins. • 6 - Turn of fire, put whelks and water in a bowl and let cool down. • To keep whelks keep them in their cooking water.
