Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel. I am Sakshi from ahintofyellow.com. • When I started my keto journey, I was particularly apprehensive about my cravings for noodles. I love noodles and I did not know what I will do without them. That was until I came across these Shirataki Noodles. • But I had heard a lot of reviews where people mentioned that bad fishy smell which they couldn't get around. So I did some research and found this perfect way to cook them. I promise you - NO FISHY SMELL! Plus I am sharing this wonderful and delicious recipe - Noodles with Chicken and Veggies. • For those not aware of Shirataki Noodles - These are thin, translucent and gelatinous traditional Japanese Noodles made from Konjac yam (or elephant yam).These are largely made of water and glucomannan (water soluble dietary fibre), and therefore are very low in carbohydrates and calories. Hence, making them perfect for a KETO lifestyle! • The particular brand that I use is Skinny Noodles (from Amazon). • This post is so not sponsored! • INGREDIENTS: • 500 g Chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) • 1.5 tsp salt (3/4 tsp added for marinade and rest up to your taste) • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (can be replaced with 1 tsp minced garlic) • 1/2 tsp grounded black pepper • 2 tbsp chilli garlic paste • 2 tsp liquid aminos • 2 packets shirataki noodles • 2 tsp minced garlic • 2 tsp minced ginger • 5-6 stalks of green onion • 7-10 mushrooms • 1 bell pepper • 1 small red onion • some more seasoning and sauces (1 tsp chilli garlic sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp liquid aminos) • 1/2 tsp flaked red chillies • That's it! • I hope this video was helpful.
