This is a simple circuit to test the functioning of a Zilog Z80 CPU. The CPU will load the op-code $00 from the data bus that stands for the NOP instruction. If the chip is working well, it will execute it, doing nothing: then, it will increment the Program Counter and look for the next instruction in the memory.
