Spread 6 sheets with about 8-10 slice cake rings. And smear with the following cream: • For the cream: • 25 dkg tea butter • 20 dkg powdered sugar • 6 dkg shreds of coconut • 1/2 dl rum. • For decoration: • Whip 15 dkg of tea with 10 dkg of powdered sugar. • Whisk the butter with the powdered sugar, then add the shredded coconut and the rum. We also stir it further, then we load the sheets and we cover the top and sides as well. • We put it in the fridge to freeze, approx. 1-2 hours. It is then taken out and coated with marzipan, then transferred to a lace paper and garnished with cream. We can put live flowers on top.
