The Atera STRADA DL tow bar bike rack is one of our five Hall of Fame all time outstanding products. • Click here http://www.roofbox.co.uk/scripts/rbve... for more details. • This video shows a detailed, comprehensive guide on how to use the innovative slide function to access the boot of the vehicle, even when the bikes are loaded. This is to be used in conjunction with and not in place of the instructions provided with the carrier. • To use the STRADA DL’s slide function, locate the green button on the rear right hand side of the carrier. • Using one hand, push this all the way down until you hear a click. • Then, ideally using your foot, push down on the kick bar, which will release the sliding mechanism. • Keeping the kick bar down, pull the carrier towards you. It’s easiest to use the outer bike frame. • Now let go of the kick bar and slide the carrier towards you, keeping hold of the bikes until the carrier has reached its slide limit. • Because the main frame is triangular, you can stand almost alongside the tow ball, which makes lifting luggage in and out of the boot extremely easy. • Sliding the carrier back into position is easy. • Using both hands grab the main frame of the outer bike as low as you can and slide the carrier towards the car with reasonable force. • Don’t be scared of giving it a good shove until you hear a noticeable click. • Also notice that the green button clicks back up into position, locking the sliding mechanism. • To check this, you should be able to push down on the kick bar and not activate the slide function. • To see the other key stages of using the Atera STRADA DL, click on any of these links, and don’t forget to subscribe to keep up to date with all our latest releases. • Click here http://www.roofbox.co.uk/scripts/rbve... for more details.
