How to make photocards with Photoshop

You can use another application but I REALLY don't know how to go about that or help you with that. • I made this video because I've always liked the photocards that come with kpop albums and I wanted to make some for me with pictures I liked, so I decided to make a tutorial (somewhat) on how I do them :D. Hope you guys can make your own! • *You don't have to laminate them but I do it for extra protection and because my paper is stupid.
