Thanks for your support. • Amazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/mrmake1th... • Instagram: @_MrMakeItHappen_ • Twitter: @MrMake1tHappen • Blog: www.mrmakeithappen.blog • Support The Show: / mrmakeithappen • Music By: Tony Alpha • SoundCloud: / tony_alpha11 • Ingredients: Grocery List • 1 lb Ribeye Steaks • Hoagie/Sandwich Rolls • 1 onion • 1 bell pepper • mushrooms, hot or sweet peppers (optional) • butter • Worcestershire sauce • Aioli: • 1/2 cup mayo • 1-2 tbsp sriracha (depending on your heat preference) • 1/2 tsp sugar • 1 tsp garlic paste • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce • Directions: • Freeze your steak for 1-2 hours or until it is about half frozen. This step is super important in helping you achieve evenly thin sliced steak. Discard any pieces that appear to be mostly fat (save that for burgers, chili, stir fry, etc) • Chop your peppers and onions. Heat your skillet and add butter. Cook veggies until they reach your preferred level of tenderness and remove from the skillet. Add your shaved ribeye steak and cook - breaking up any large chunks with your spatula, as needed. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Taste as you go, and adjust the seasoning to your preference. Once the steak is cooked thru, add your veggies to the top and then top 2-3 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, provolone, etc) - Cover and allow the cheese to melt. Toast your hoagie rolls and add whatever condiments your prefer. Load up your toasted roll with as much cheesesteak as you can fit, and enjoy!
