If you like pineapple you're going to love this very moist sheet cake. • Here are the recipe ingredients: • The cake • 4 large eggs • 2 cups sugar • 16 ounces heavy whipping cream • 3 cups sifted cake flour or all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon salt • 4 teaspoons baking powder • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract • 1 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes • Pan size 11 x 16 x 2 sheet cake pan or 3 - 9 cake pans • 3/4 cup pineapple juice for drizzling over the cooked cake while still warm. • The icing and pineapple topping: • 1 -20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drain, retain juice • (Should have one cup of pineapple juice when drained) • 8 ounces of cream cheese • 4 tablespoons melted butter • One pound box of powdered sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/4 cup pineapple juice • Thanks for watching. • My website http://southernfrugal.com
