Brined Smoked Pork Loin Chops

Brined, smoked, pork loin chops. Smoked with Mesquite pellets on a Traeger smoker. 3 Chops each rubbed with a different rub. Chupacabra original, Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom, and Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. At end of smoke all 3 were glazed with Craig's BBQ sauce mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with Texas Bird Bath glaze. My wife and I both liked all 3 rubs as each has its own flavor profile, but all 3 were great. I preferred the Chupacabra by a slight edge and Sylvia preferred the Red Eye Express.
