Others work better if you want to focus on developing speed and control. • In this video, I thought I would show you the different levels of a scale so that hopefully, I can help you figure out which one you need. • Classical shapes (Open strings). • Basic shapes (Noodling scales). • Vertical shapes (Modal scales). • Three notes per string shapes (Rock scales). • Symmetrical shapes (Technique scales). • All the examples will be done with major and minor scales.
