EASY PAN FRIED PANGASIUS

Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make a pan fried pangasius? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p • == INGREDIENTS == • 1 pangasius filet • peper • salt • flour • paprika powder • == RECIPE == • 1. Pour some flour on a plate • 2. Add all of the seasoning and mix it with the flour • 3. Season the fish with pepper and salt • 4. Coat both sides of the fish with the flour seasoning • 5. Take a frying pan and add some olive oil • 6. When it's hot place in the filet and let it fry on both sides untill golden • 7. Dabb it with some ktchen paper to remove exces oil • 8.
