CHEESE KOTTU (Popular Sri Lankan Street Food) • Kottu (Koththu) is a very popular street food in Sri Lanka. Originally, a roti called “Godamba Roti” was used for Kottu. The Roti is shredded and stir fried with vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese, or a combination of a dish that has protein rich ingredients. You can just cook it all vegetarian like I did here. VEGETARIAN viewers, I catered for your needs this time! • In this video, I am showing you how to make Kottu using “Paratha” or “Tortillas”. Both are tasty.
