30 years ago today, April 2, 1992, Baltimore’s Light Rail system began operation. It was also the first-ever opening day of Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Gregory Downing began serving Light Rail riders that year as well. And he still loves what he does for the people who ride Light Rail.
