Hi everyone! • Today I'll be sharing this Indonesian Pastel recipe! It's quite a long video, but I hope it's worth the watch! • Happy watching and have a good day! • Pastel • For the Filling: • 3 cloves of Garlic • 1 Onion (100 gr), finely chopped • 5 Shallots (50 gr), sliced • 1 Green Onion • 200 gr Carrot, diced • 600 gr Potatoes, diced • 100 gr Vermicelli • 1 tsp Salt • 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder • 2 tbsp Sugar • 1 tsp Mushroom Broth Powder • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce • 250 ml Water • For the skin: • 500 gr All-Purpose Flour • 120 gr Margarine, melted • 1 tsp Salt • 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder • 175 ml Water • *I made 37 pieces of Pastel with this recipe. • #Pastel #Pastelrecipe #Indonesianpastel #culinaryathome
