Mounting a TV above stone fireplace produces a beautiful centerpiece and opens up table space. Most wall mount kits comes with two mounting arms that attach to the back of your TV and a wide bracket plate, which attaches to your wall. The mounting arms lock onto the bracket plate, securing the TV to the wall. • You'll need a hammer drill, safety glasses, 1/4 x 5 commercial toggles or anchors. I've installed over a hundred and the few that failed in bars, etc. was anchor or bolt failure. Don't skimp in this area. • Of course you'll need a 1/4 ratchet. Just don't over torque the bolt. • Some videos say drill into the stone but this is dangerous and can crack stonework.
