The Walther PDP has been buzzing and we all saw the release to the multiple people who were authorized by Walther to debut the PDP. We can tell you from purchasing it with our own money, the hype is real. Come check out our review of the new Walther PDP full size pistol! • The Walther PDP pistol or Performance Duty Pistol is one of the nicest, if not the nicest duty pistols on the market. Everyone talks about the trigger and it’s really that good. With a soft takeup, easily distinguishable wall and no creep it is amazing. The crisp break and short reset make shooting this gun a dream. Take it from this law enforcement officer, this Performance Duty Pistol is Sweet SWEET! • Duty pistols need aggressive grip texture and slide serrations and the PDP delivers on that front. Again leading all other duty pistols in our opinion with their grip texture and the super terrain slide serrations. Whether it’s with gloves or not, grip will not be an issue. • The optics cut with availability of a free plate from Walther will let you choose what ever RMR, Holosun, Leuopold, or red dot you want. The sights are Glock footprint and any full size Glock aftermarket sights will fit. • The gun also features and ambidextrous slide lock/slide release and swappable Mag release.
