After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the issue, I posted a video with the problem on Youtube. I was told by many viewers that I needed to update the firmware on my transmitter. This video shows step by step how to update the firmware on the transmitter for the Phantom 4 Pro Plus using your micro SD card.
