Drivers were baffled when they saw a man riding a motorcycle modified to resemble a flying broomstick. The eccentric rider converted his scooter into a witch's's broomstick decorated with flashing lights. • He was seen cruising along Beach Road in Pattaya, eastern Thailand. The rider, Papu Nu, 63, said he wanted to brighten up the area which has suffered a devastating loss of tourists during the Covid-19 pandemic. • Papa said: ''Pattaya is stagnant. It's really sad. So I came up with an idea that I could do something to add colour to the city.
