follow me on instagram @ / savithaak • My fb page: • / savitha-ak-recipes-109117353952828 • ingredients : • Raw mango 1 big • Salt • Coriander leaves • Green chilli 2-3 • Buttermilk 1 cup • For seasoning : • oil 1 tb sp • Chopped garlic 1 tb sp • Mustard 1/2 tsp • Urad dal 1/2 tsp • Methi seeds a few • Hing a pinch • Curry leaves • Gandhari menasu/jeerige menasu crushed a few (optional) • Method: • 1.place raw mango inside a pressure cooker, add some water and bring 3 whistles . • 2.once the pressure comes down, squeeze out mangoes to extract pulp. If the outer skin is soft enough you can include in the recipe or else discard it. • 3.adding water to this preparation depends on the sourness of mango. • 4.to this pulp add in salt, coriander leaves and green chilli.mix everything well once by hand because then only the dish gets perfect taste.add in buttermilk and mix once. • 5.finally prepare tempering and add in to the gojju.If you have jeerige menasu you can add it to tadka.it enhances the taste of gojju. • This is a very strong side dish tastes more of sour and spicy and a perfect combination with hot rice
