Tips and Tricks: • -You can change the toppings depending on your taste. • -Adjust air frying time if you want more or less crispy top. • -You can make this recipe in a traditional oven at 375F for about 25/30 minutes. • Looking for more air fryer recipes? I've rounded up my favorite ones:    • Air fryer / Friteuse à air chaud   • Ingredients ⬇️ • -Flour 500gr (all-purpose) • -2 large pinches of salt • -Rosemary 3 Tbsp (or other herbs) • -Instant yeast 10gr / 1Tbsp • -Lukewarm water 40cl • -Olive oil 4 Tbsp • -Cheese 0.56lbs • -Green olives ~6 large • Instructions ⬇️ • In your mixer bowl add 500gr of flour, 2 pinches of salt and some rosemary. Quick stir with a spoon. Add the Instant yeast (10gr). Then, attach the dough hook, (or mix by hand). Knead the dough at low speed and pour half of the lukewarm water. Beat about 3m' with a stand mixer or 10m' by hand. Then, pour the remaining lukewarm water. Beat about 1m' with a stand mixer or 5 minutes by hand. • Then, increase the speed to medium for another 3m'. • Add 4 Tbsp of olive oil. If necessary, scrape the side of the bowl. Beat for another 1m', medium low speed. • Add the toppings of your choice. Then, increase the speed to medium-high for another 1m'. If necessary, scrape the side of the bowl. • Finally, beat for another 30 seconds to high speed, until toppings are incorporated and dough is slightly elastic. • In a large oiled bowl, transfer the dough. With your hands coated the dough with the oil, and form a ball . Cover the bowl with cling wrap, and a dish towel. Let dough proof in a warm place. • After 1 to 2 hours, the dough has doubled in size. • Remove the cling wrap. I put a silicone mat in my air fryer basket. You can use any dish* you have, depending on the size of your air fryer. • Oil the mat, dish... you use. Then, gently deflating the dough with your fist and transfer the dough into your basket. Shape the dough, depending on the size of your dish/basket. Poking holes with your fingers (do not pierce). • Add the toppings (cheese and green olives). I cut in half the green olives. • The dough will still rise, be sure to leave space on each side. Cover with a towel and allow it to rise for 30m', or until noticeably puffy. • Add some olive oil on top, and gently brush the top. • Preheat - Air fryer mode bake/cuire 325F for 20m' or until the top is golden. • Transfer to a rack to cool.
