WeVideo Quick Tips Green Screen Basics

Using green screen might sound intimidating but with WeVideo it's simple and quick to use! • You can use any color background for your color keyed clip, blue or green backgrounds are the most common and are best to use for skin tones. Once on your timeline, double click the clip you want to remove the background or use the color key effect on. • In the edit pop up window select the color key tab. Click on the eyedropper icon and click on the color you want to remove. Be sure your background is even and well lit. Too many shadows or different shades of color can make for a difficult removal. • Once you've selected your color be sure to use the adjustment sliders to create a cleaner color key around your subject.
