Siopao is a kind of steamed buns that is a popular Filipino food especially for people on the go. It is filled with meat and there are usually 2 kinds to choose from...Asado or Bola-Bola. • Asado can be either chicken or pork with Asado sauce while Bola-Bola is with pork meatball. A special Bola-bola siopao may have chorizo and salted egg. • It is usually sold in Chinese restaurants, as they were the ones who introduced Siopao to us.
