Enjoy it to its fullest because you deserve every bite! • Workouts I did from the amazing #pamelareif #carolinegirvan • Instagram: @justcallmeflora / justcallmeflora • Tiktok: @justcallmeflora / justcallmeflora • FOR COLLAB, email me at: • [email protected] • A few recipes from the video: • Overnight Oats: • 2 tbsp chia seeds • 3 tbsp oats • 1/2 cup soy milk • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp turmeric + some pepper to activate the turmeric • Apple Pancakes: • For the batter: • 1 cup oat flour • 1 cup soy milk • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 pinch salt • 1 banana • Chocolate Blended Oatmeal: • 1/2 cup oat flour • 3/4 cup soy milk • 1 pinch salt • 1 tsp cinnamon • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 1 mashed banana • 1 scoop protein powder • Strawberry Milk x Matcha: • 1 banana • 5-7 pieces of strawberries (I used frozen) • 1 cup plant milk (use oat if you want sweeter) • 1 tbsp optional agave/maple syrup • Blend all of these together in a blender. • Mash 2 strawberries at the bottom of a tall glass, pour in the strawberry milk and a shot of matcha, mix well enjoy. • For the banana milk: blend together 1 cup of plant milk (use oat if you want it sweeter), pour into a glass and add a shot of matcha.
