Poteau Mountain Heavener Oklahoma December 12 2015

Made our first trip to the stateline of Arkansas|Oklahoma to ride on Poteau Mountain on the Oklahoma side. Poteau Mountain on the Oklahoma is PRIVATE LAND to logging, oil and gas wells, plus private home owners. So we hooked up with the Arklahoma Trail Junkies group that are locals to Poteau, OK. We knew they have rode these trails for 30+ years, and we wanted to make sure we did not go anywhere we were not suppose to be. The Arkansas side of Poteau Mountain. is part of the National Ouachita Forestry. There are also a few trails on the Arkansas side for ORV but not as many as Oklahoma side.
