Uspenski Cathedral is Greek-orthodox church at Katajannokka in Helsinki, Finland. It has a russian feeling and several writings on the wall are in russian althought the Finnish Orthodox Church belongs to western (Greek-orthodox) patriarchy. Russian orthodox church in Finland is planning to build an own church in eastern Helsinki by Itäkeskus shopping centre. • Upenski Cathedral was built 1862--1868 and opened in 1868.
