This week’s blast from the past takes us back 34 years to the premiere edition of 1990 Fleer Football Cards! • I found this box on eBay for $25 after shipping, and while this is a fun set with 50 Pro Football Hall of Famers, we had a lot of duplicates by the end of the break. The set does feature an All-Pro insert set though at about a 1:5 pack rate, but the rookie crop is fairly weak. Throw in the fact that this set was mass produced, and it keeps the price of this box very affordable. • Did you have these cards when they came out? What are your memories of this set?
