To add insult to injury, two front desk agents provided conflicting information as to why the 2 Bedroom Suite was unavailable. One front desk agent told us that our 2 Bedroom Suite would be available at 10am on the second day of our visit, but the room was not ready by the stated time. Looking past the overbooking and communications mishaps, each room being a suite and having a full kitchen is very practical.
