Chris W shooting the new Magpul PTS PDR-c airsoft AEG and some major suppressing from Dan with his L86 support weapon. • Now in stock at £319.00 and FREE shipping • Review and initial Impressions by Chris • '- ran beautifully! • solid as a rock as should be expected from magpul PTS products • -used a 7.4 lipo for the game, a 11.1 on its own does seem to mess with the two stage trigger and cause it to burst first in two or three rounds instead of semi-automatic, possibly some arcing problems, but I'll continue to run 7.4 for now. A lot more battery space then expected! • was disappointed that ONLY PMag's seem to work, these do feed flawlessly and give next to zero wobble thankfully. Talking to other PDR users this seems to be the case • Not sure about the motor, as the motor is in the receiver I didn't feel any heat. • Trigger feels weird without a battery in, as soon as you put a battery in it suddenly feels right (not much experience with two-stage triggers i guess) • Think I'll be getting a new barrel before next game, as the accuracy isn't as great as other weapons i use with the same barrel length. • The hop took a while to break in and every so often a couple of rounds would fling off in all kinds of directions but this is to be expected as it was fresh out of the box an hour before the game! • So far loving it, just need a new battery that will last the entire day (only 800mAh) and more PMAGS!?!' • http://www.firstandonlyevents.co.uk/s...
