Odisha New CM: BJP MLA Mohan Charan Majhi Becomes New Chief Minister Of Odisha • Mohan Charan Majhi, a four-time MLA for the BJP, has been named the new Chief Minister of Odisha. Deputy Chief Ministers KV Singh Deo and Pravati Parida will hold these positions. The 52-year-old Majhi is the incoming MLA for the Keonjhar assembly constituency. By more than 10,000 votes, he defeated Meena Majhi of the ruling BJD. He has triumphed over Keonjhar twice now.
