ALBANY -- If you think you can't sell an AR-15 assault rifle in New York State, you're wrong. • • • • Randy Passonno of Collar City Auctions recently picked up a • huge lot of items for an estate sale being conducted through an online • auction. It all belonged to a man Randy • describes as an avid hunter and trapper who'd lived in Albany county. There were more than 170 firearms. • • • • About 15 of them are now outlawed in New York, but Randy can • still sell them in the auction. • • • • Once that weapon is sold, he says, they need to pay for • it, send us the federal firearms dealer in their state, and we will ship the firearm • to them.
