Our brother Bob was visiting with his three dogs and Belle the beagle kept getting out somehow. We finally caught her in the act (while the other dogs acted as the lookouts). She's either part cat or part monkey...or she's just a beagle. • By the way, the whining is not coming from Belle. The other dogs were whining because their owner had just walked away.
