These Cool Whip Cookies are so easy and delicious! Any cake mix will work so pick your favorite and make some yummy cookies. You can also adapt this recipe to accommodate a sugar free, low calorie diet. When you eat a cookie it's like your taking a little bite of your favorite cake! • • • Cool Whip Cookies • Ingredients • 1 box of your favorite cake mix • 1 egg • 1 (8 oz.) container of whipped topping • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional) • Instructions • In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, egg, and whipped topping. Stir until completely combined. Make small dough balls using a cookie scoop or spoon, and roll them in powered sugar, then place of a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
