Melt-in-your-mouth succulent lamb is the perfect centerpiece for any holiday dinner. • Slow Roasted Boneless Leg of Lamb, marinated in aromatic seasonings, stuffed with a chimichurri butter then cooked on top of seasoned veg. With the juices from the lamb I cooked some hassleback potatoes and topped with a chimichurri sauce.
