This HONEYCOMB CANDY turned into a sticky situation! • ✨Recipe from ‪@Theflavorbender‬: • 1 ¾ cup Sugar • ½ cup Honey • ½ cup Water • ½ tsp Salt • 1 tbsp Baking Soda • Directions: • 1. Line a 9 inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside. • 2. In a large saucepan, gently combine sugar, honey, water, and salt. Heat on medium high until sugar mixture reaches 300°F, gently swirling the contents periodically. • 3. Take the pan off the heat and add the baking soda, whisking it in thoroughly until foamy. • 4. Place the mixture into your prepared pan and let it harden for several hours. Then remove from the pan and using the tip of a sharp knife, break the candy into pieces. • 5. If desired, coat honeycomb candy in melted chocolate and let it harden. • 6. Serve and enjoy! 😊
