The Deadlift Ladder at the 2022 World's Strongest Man consisted of five barbells of ascending weight: 300 KG (660 LBS), 320 KG (705 LBS), 340 KG (750 LBS), 360 KG (795 LBS), and 380 KG (840 LBS).
