I'm finding pasta recipes like these quite filling and my July progress included this recipe. • Pasta with White Sauce w/o Protein Powder (PSMF) • Ingredients: • 1. 8 oz Chicken Stock • 2. 60 g or ¼ Cup Sour Cream • 3. ½ tsp Glucomannan Powder • 4. ½ Sheet Pasta (See Below or Refer to my Carnivore Pasta Video) • 5. 4 oz Turkey • Directions: • 1. In a heated skillet sauté first 3 ingredients until sauce thickens • 2. Add in Cooked turkey (or other protein) - Optional • 3. Cut the pasta into thin strips with scissors or a knife • 4. Add the Pasta and continue to sauté • 5. Season to taste – Salt Pepper • Notes: • 1. Yields 1 Serving • Macros (includes 1/2 pasta sheet): • Calories = 423 • Protein = 59 g • Fat = 15 g • Total Net Carbs = 4 g • Protein to Energy Ratio = 3.2 • For the Carnivore Pasta: • Ingredients: • 1. 100 grams cooked protein – Chicken breast, Turkey Breast, Extra Lean Ground Beef (can used deli meat or precooked turkey breast) • 2. 184 g Egg Whites • 3. 1 Egg • 4. Salt + Seasonings to taste • 5. Add Egg White Protein Powder to absorb some liquid and make more firm (3 T) • Directions: • 1. Preheat oven to 350 • 2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth • 3. Pour mixture onto silicone mat or thin molds (blue) • 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to brown and lift • 5. Cool and then cut to desired purpose • 6. Used for lasagna, cheeseburger helper, hamburger steak pasta, etc • • Notes: • 1. Source: Ketogenic Woman • 2. Yields 2 Servings • 3.
