Israeli MMA fighter was promptly defeated after calling his Afghan opponent a “terrorist” the day before their competition. Afghan fighter Javid Basharat told his followers not to “stoop to [his opponent’s] level” after the comment was caught on camera, promising to lay it all out in the UFC octagon. • Basharat won the fight by choking Israeli opponent Oron Kahlon into submission in the third round. Basharat won a UFC contract following the fight.
